It's been a minute.

Lots of questions about my book which will be out soon . On Living Life as a Queen.

However I wanted to share with you.

I have not always lived my life this way (sadly.)

I wasted my twenties worrying about what other people thought. And had huge issues with my body image.

In terms of relationships.

I have been the Tuesday girl, the every third Saturday girl.

And stepped out with men I should have crossed the road to avoid.

I now date a boss as I am a boss.

I am a Trans race adoption survivor.

A narrasistic relationship survivor.

A Miscarriage survior.

I leveled up in all areas of my life because I knew I deserved better.

I had no choice but to boss up and create my own lane.

I am now the Queen of my own Queendom of dreams.

I have turned my pain into my passion & purpose.

And am excited to show other women how they can level up their lives and do the same.

As life is short.

Your worth it.

Sleep especially now is so important.

During this period of uncertainty and change.

Sleep is where your body recovers, where the gains are made from the work outs you have done.
It also helps boost your immune system.

Aids memory and helps keep your body shape amongst lots of other things.

As it helps with mindset focus and stress.

My Friday Queenism. Is an exercise. Some beginner's tips to starting your meditation journey.

πŸ‘‘Sit or lie comfortably. You may even want to invest in a meditation chair or cushion.

πŸ‘‘Close your eyes. ... Make no effort to control the breath; simply breathe naturally

πŸ‘‘.Focus your attention on the breath and on how the body moves with each inhalation and exhalation.

πŸ‘‘Notice the movement of your body as you breathe. Observe your chest, shoulders, rib cage, and belly. Simply focus your attention on your breath without controlling its pace or intensity. If your mind wanders, return your focus back to your breath.

πŸ‘‘ Start for 5 minutes each day.

It is now time to raise a glass to the working week.

Because Thursday's are for throw backs.

This photo is of me at 18 years old.

I wish I could go back and give the girl in the photo a hug.

As I do not recognise the girl in this picture.

The girl in this picture faked confidence.

Was actually inwardly shy & big social situations scared her.

She thought she was over weight.

She was always yo yo dieting and not eating.

She was in a co dependant relationship and was not her own person.

She had along way to go before she found her path to becoming the Queen she is today.

I wish I could tell her she was beautiful just as she was.

You are only qualified to be you.

People's opinion of you is their business not yours.

Getting a thigh gap and being size ten will not make you happy.

You are loved by your friends and family.

And that is all that matters.

And so much more.

What a week.

It is so important to take time out for yourself.

My positive affirmations and meditation really help me stay focused and on track.

As they are part of my daily routine.

Todays Queenism πŸ‘‘ is an exercise.

Breathing is so important especially if you are anxious.

πŸ‘‘ Lie down and close your eyes.

πŸ‘‘ Gently breathe in through your nose, mouth closed, for a count of six seconds.

πŸ‘‘ Don't fill your lungs too full of air.

πŸ‘‘ Exhale for six seconds, allowing your breath to leave your body slowly and gently. ...

πŸ‘‘ Continue for up to 10 minutes.

If you struggle to feel your body relax

Try and put some relaxing music on in the back ground.

Why not add this routine to part of your day for 7 days and see if you notice any changes? πŸ€·πŸ½β€β™€οΈ

πŸ’œ In a new 90 minute workshop, we will guide you through a series of exercises in a warm, friendly and welcoming setting to get you thinking about what self-love is, why it matters, and how to implement it into our lives in a manageable way.

And then over the next month or couple of months.

Put these things in your diary under the title self care.

& watch your favourite film.

Cook yourself that meal.

Because your worth it.
